- Counsel each client on the laws of the State of New York as they relate to their individual circumstances and needs.
- Provide mediation services for all matters.
- Provide consultations to assess the client's needs, provide advice based upon expertise, and assist in determining an appropriate course of action for his or her respective circumstances.
- Communicate with the client by committing to return telephone calls and e-mails within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Available for immediate advice in "emergency" situations.
